We provide language and cultural exchange programs to Australian and Japanese primary and secondary students. We are passionate about enriching student’s lives by creating opportunities for them to develop friendships, improve their language skills and experience one another’s culture.
What's your vision?
We require a 1 page A4 brochure (front only) for a cultural exchange program. We would like a design that will entice the parents to send their child (aged 12 – 16) to join our cultural exchange program, which involves hosting a Japanese student and attending morning Japanese cultural workshop and then excursions (with Japanese host) in the afternoon. We don’t want a corporate look, but rather a friendly and warm theme that reflects our business. We would like to incorporate our logo, which is green and gold, but we don’t insist that those colours feature prominently on the brochure. We prefer a soft pink to be used as the main colour as this reflects the Japanese theme which is what we are trying to portray. The program is free for participating students but we don’t want to come across as cheap and want to avoid looking like we are giving away something for nothing. The main message that we want to stand-out is the Japanese cultural workshop which the students will attend each morning. We want parents to see this is as a valuable experience for their child and make an inquiry with us. Although I have provided the text, I am open to suggestions for making it better. I have attached below the copy that I wrote in the file called "Payment Plans." Other files show our existing marketing materials. I would like the new brochure to be consistent, at least to the extent that it appears to belong to the same family of materials--the same company. I can supply photos as required. I need to be able to edit the document, as prices may change.
Our market is middle class families - the parents of students aged 12 - 16 years old as well as teachers.
