Animal & Pet
The International Pet and Animal Transportation Association (IPATA) is a nonprofit, worldwide trade association for animal handlers, pet moving providers, kennel operators, veterinarians and others who are dedicated to the care and welfare of pets and small animals during transport. Since 1979, IPATA has been serving its members, the pet transport industry and the public at large.
What's your vision?
We are looking for a tri-fold brochure that we can use to describe what IPATA does. We will use this in many different venues, so it has to be general enough for the public, as well as industry insiders. We have great images and text drafted. Attached is a draft brochure that we started - but we need a professional's touch here! Also attached are a couple photos, our logo and some background materials. Please don't use any upcoming dates because we want to be able to use this brochure indefinitely and don't want it to become outdated. The brochure needs a better "title" on the front cover. Pet shipping experts is already in the logo, so we need to come up with something else. Maybe: Professionals with experience shipping VIPs - very important pets - locally, nationwide, worldwide. This needs tweaking, but something along those lines? We are open to your thoughts as well! The color on the attached brochure is a bit too bright (the green). Feel free to be creative. Though we don't want to focus too much on the image of a globe - too overdone in our industry. Changes we need to make to the attached brochure: Maybe the Mission Statement could be put on the back panel so it stands out more from the basic text in the brochure. Also, can we delete the para about U.S. members being USDA registered. We’ve already said that ALL members need to comply with their own country requirements and it would eliminate the possibility of non-USA members saying that the brochure is too USA focused. We are an international organization and this needs to be clear throughout the brochure.
We have an international membership - all ages and demographics. Everyone loves pets.
