What's your vision?
Hi and thanks for stopping by this contest. I need a cover designed for an eBook titled, "The Book of F*cking Hilarious Internet Memes." (A "meme" is basically an idea that is spread amongst people.) The book highlights some of the funny Internet image memes that are shared on sites like Reddit, such as Foul Bachelor Frog, Socially Awkward Penguin, and so on. The author's name needs to be on the cover too, which is "Richard Face." The title should be bold and eye-catching. It can also feature one or more of the images attached to this brief as they are the template images for the memes. VERY IMPORTANT: The cover will first be viewed as a small thumbnail on Amazon, B&N, etc., and it needs to grab your attention at this size and not look like a cluttered mess. How it looks as a thumbnail is almost more important than how it looks at full size. Feel free to get creative and show your style. As it's a book cover, a 3:4 aspect ratio should be used (most e-readers work best with a 600px by 800px cover). Below are two examples of cover styles that could work. http://bookcoverarchive.com/book/a_coney_island_of_the_mind Colorful and catches your attention. http://bookcoverarchive.com/book/we_are_the_friction An infographic kind of style might be cool. If you have an idea that you like that doesn't conform to any of these examples, go with it! AI or PSD file, please.
