Create billboard art for hand painted posting

Rockwell Outdoor a hand paint billboard company. Farmigo is an online farmer's market.
What's your vision?
We are doing a hand painted posting (billboard campaign) approximately 8'X10' to introduce an online farmer's market to the Seattle area. We have some existing materials (logo, colors, copy, etc., attached) We need a design that will evolve over a three day period. Day one, perhaps on a muted farm scene background, maybe a seedling pushing up through the soil. Day two, the sun is a little higher, a plant now spread out, in full bloom. And day three, it's bristling with ripe fruit...and this final will, for the first time, reveal the name of the company and what they do. The only words that will appear on the ad; "The best groceries ever" Farmigo.com The design can be graphic or photographic . This is about food so it must be appetizing. (the more powerful, the better) but it must be designed so that the painter is able to build on it, one day to the next. like a time lapse(?) Please see simple, client supplied, concept attached. (this is an early concept only, please don't just send modified version of these materials) The third and final could be also showing close up of plump delicious fruit, in the foreground, vegetables spilling over from a bountiful bowl or basket(?) fresh fish, poultry, meat...but keep it simple.
This is for foot and auto traffic so it needs to be clean, high contrast. If the design is too detailed or complex you can't see it) We are trying to catch the viewers attention, spark their curiosity in a very cluttered urban environment over the three day period. After the third day it will remain for a about a month.
