The Church Planter Candidate Assessment (CPCA) is a statistically validated online assessment instrument which helps potential church planters (people who start new churches) and their respective organizations identify areas of established strength and other areas needing development as they prepare to plant a church.
What's your vision?
We are looking for a set of four postcards communicating the features of our online assessment tool (www.churchplanterassessment.com) Visit www.ChurchPlanterAssessment.com and select "español" in the upper left hand corner. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Postcard #2 ---------------- Goal of this postcard is to highlight the use of numbers and data in everyday things to make decisions. (Rather than over talking about all the statistical validation, etc.) Looking at many characteristics (not just one number) helps you better understand a potential planter's strengths and weaknesses. The CPCA is an online assessment tool that is: • Statistically validated —the first validated tool based on thorough research, interviews, and testing • Objective and non-denominational • Quick and easy — get results immediately after the assessment is taken • Specifically designed to help potential church planters and their respective organizations If you have any questions or comments about the CPCA, you can reach our team at (615) 251-2228 or churchplanting@LifeWay.com. Visit www.ChurchPlanterAssessment.com ------------------------------------------------------------- Postcard 3 ----------------------------- Purpose of this postcard is to communicate the idea of using the right tool for the right job. What if there was a way to do an initial assessment of a candidate more thoroughly right at the start of the process? Not just the red flags in the personality but the gold stars in the potential. You could see the wiring issues that you can’t see in a résumé. You could use the test results as a springboard in the interview process, exploring important issues right away without coming off as nosy or judgmental. You could discover areas of weakness and still have the time to coach them into strengths. There is a way. It’s called the CPCA (Church Planter Candidate Assessment). • Quick and easy — get results immediately after the assessment is taken • Statistically valid and reliable (you can trust it) • Objective and non-denominational • Specifically designed to help potential church planters and their respective organizations If you have any questions or comments about the CPCA, you can reach our team at (615) 251-2228 or churchplanting@LifeWay.com. Visit www.ChurchPlanterAssessment.com (Whatever concept you submit, please include the following on the back of the postcard) Quick, easy, and now in Spanish. The CPCA helps you: • Get to know a potential planter more quickly and thoroughly. • Identify problem areas right at the beginning, saving time and money. • Discover areas of strength that are ready for advanced coaching. Visit www.ChurchPlanterAssessment.com to discover how the CPCA can improve the first steps of your assessment process.
