Create an eye-catching poster for Newport Arboretum Week

We are a nonprofit who helps maintain and regenerate Newport, RI's urban forest through community planting and educational programs.
What's your vision?
Each year we have a week of activities from Earth Day to Arbor Day called "Newport Arboretum Week". We need a poster designed. Every year we do a completely different design (rather than sticking to a standard branding). We are going for a music festival type feel. We'd like something very graphic and eye-catching, but because there are so many activities, the board this year wants to poster to be more "organized" in terms of the layout of the activities list (last year's was very free-form). So that's going to be an interesting balance -- fun & creative, yet organized & easy to read the schedule. Since our events are similar each year, we are going to have the design use last year's information (we will provide that poster, plus the posters from all previous years). We would like a 12x19 poster created either in Adobe Indesign CS5 or Adobe Illustrator CS5 for Mac. The text to use should be taken from "Newport Arboretum Week 2014 POSTER.pdf. For more about us, see: http://www.thenewporttreesociety.org/beyondlegend/ newportarboretum.org (our main website) newportopenspace.org (a collaborative project) ONE FINAL NOTE: If this poster works out well, expect more work from us!
For those who like to design using more images than artistic text…. In addition to tree imagery, some iconic Newport images include: the Old Stone Mill in Touro Park, the Newport Bridge (Pell Bridge), Trinity Church in Queen Anne Square, Old Colony House/Washington Square, Bellevue Avenue (Gilded Age mansions) and of course, the general view of sailboats in the downtown harbor.
