We are a property management company located in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Besides reserving the property out to guests, our company strives to get more property owners to join our program.

We send out monthly postcards to owners across the country explaining our rental program and what we have to offer as a management company. I would like to redesign our 6 1/2 by 11 1/2 postcard. You have the front and back to work with.

I would like the post card to discuss what we offer in regards to joining our program. The front needs to say the following:
"Are you over paying your management company?" Also a picture needs to be on the front as well as our logo.

On the back:
"Commissions starting as high as 80% split for cabin owners."
"Call today for details on how to earn more revenue!"
