NUMBERPLATES4FUN is a relatively new business operating from Melbourne's famous Queen Victoria Market. We specialise in custom made novelty number plates. Customers are able to choose from a variety of different coloured plates and have their text embossed on them. They look exactly like real numbers because the equipment and materials we use is the same as those who produce registered number plates. The only difference is ours cannot be registered with any road authority, such as VicRoads or the DMV. People buy them for many reasons. Kids bedrooms, bikes, birthday presents, sheds, cars the list goes on. They are affordable and only the whole process only takes several minutes. We recently established our online business. Those who visit the site can simply input the text they require, choose the size and colour of their plates, pay and have their plates dispatched the following day. Please visit our website http://www.numberplates4fun.com/ to better understand our business and process.
What's your vision?
We require a car-wrap to be designed for our van. We are hopeful you could come up with a flashy design that is fun, simple and most importantly is able to advertise or product/service. We require the following on information incorporated within the design: 1) Car-wrap to take cover approximately 30-50%of the vehicle. Sides and back included. What ever is not covered will remain the colour of the van, white. Note they can cover windows too as we plan to have one way vision signs in this area. (See links for examples. 2) LOGO: See attached image. Im hoping the black/yellow scheme is adopted however im open to new ideas/ 3) CONTACT DETAILS: See attached image. Note: This doesnt necessarily have to be incorporated within the wrap itself. It can be separate decals on the side of the car. It should be big enough for people to see as the vehicle passes by. Fax is not necessarily. Please note we need QUEEN VICTORIA MARKET Logo (see attached image) as well as Stall C107-108. 4) The van we have is a Toyota Hiace (see attached image). 5) We need to receive your designs in the following formats: - Adobe Illustrator (.eps .ai using CMYK) - Web file format (.jpg) - Layered Adobe Photoshop format (.psd) We have attached our logo, business cards and a picture of our vehicle for your reference. The links below are some other competitions that may trigger some ideas: http://99designs.com/other-design-tasks/contests/vehicle-wrap-artwork-44113 http://99designs.com/other-design-tasks/contests/design-full-vehicle-wrap-41002 I do not want the wrap to be too busy. Simple, yet exciting. I am open to new ideas and look forward to seeing the great designs. Good luck. Boris
