GUARANTEED - Print ad in national UK rural life magazine for Airbnb-like CAMPING website - Goal: get new hosts

Think of us as Airbnb for campers. We allow hosts in the UK who have unused/available farm land, gardens and/or back yards to rent their properties for guests to camp on private ground.

We are about to officially launch our website (www.opencamping.co.uk, which is currently in beta mode). Our market is currently the United Kingdom only.

Our primary goal at this point is getting hosts to sign up and list their properties (unused or available farm land, garden or back yard) for rental.

In order to reach that goal, we have commissioned three quarter-page advertisement with the Countryside Magazine (http://www.countrysideonline.co.uk/the-magazine/). Quarter-page vertical ads are 129 mm (height) x 88 mm (width). Their requisites are as follows:

DELIVERABLES:

PDF, JPEG and EPS files – all 320dpi CMYK high resolution formats.

TYPEFACES, FONTS AND IMAGES:

Please ensure that all fonts are either embedded or outlined. All picture/graphic files should be scanned at a resolution of 320 dpi and converted to CMYK format.

Since we are only deploying the website, you can be quite creative regarding your design choices, although we have some suggestions and requisites.

ABOUT THE TARGET AUDIENCE:

The Countryside magazine's describes itself as follows: "With a passion for rural issues, Countryside magazine aims to give our readers a comprehensive and informative monthly guide on how to enjoy and make the most of rural living."

Reader profile is 45% male and 55% female.
Most readers (86%) are 45 years old or more.

Please notice that our target audience is older folks (45+) who own rural property. They tend to hold traditional and conservative values!

MAIN MESSAGES AND POINTS TO GET ACROSS:

The link http://www.opencamping.co.uk/countryside must be clearly visible and readable: that is the main point of the ad, and it may be in capitals and/or with some letter spacing. Please do not include "http://", "https://" or similar codes.
