We are a Germany based start-up with a product for the English market. In our new web app (mobile use), people can buy, use and sell cards of real football (soccer) players from the English Premier League. We are a fantasy football provider but also offer much more than just fantasy football. Our app is a combination of fantasy football, trading card game and casino app.

We don’t have brand guidelines (colours, font etc) but we are using Material Design, preferably existing 1) Ionic components (https://ionicframework.com/docs/components/) or 2) Angular Material component (https://material.angular.io). We can customize all elements but want to stay within the material design guidelines. We want our brand/app to be fun, exciting, engaging (people should feel they want to come back to use the app every day), to reach this goal, it might make sense to make the app look and feel like a game. On the other hand we have a very tight budget at this point so we assume that the design has to be simplistic. So it must be engaging and clean. Our customers will be British male football fans who like to gamble and use digital devices a lot.
Customer go on the main page from where they access all the other areas of the app. On several screens users see player cards in grid view and after they click on them, they see more details and can trade them. more info is here https://www.dropbox.com/sh/ay7cw8gp97th0r0/AAD2tLKBdfK-h8d_vnbm7Yyca?dl=0 edit: I cant change this now but its a web app that will be used in mobile browsers. Should look good on IOS and Android phones.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. App design starts at $599.
