Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We start by roasting every single bean with the dedication, the admiration and the skill that it deserves, creating a consistent, complex and delicious roast. We then use the laws of science, flattery & persuasion to woo the best flavor & aroma from every single, single-origin bean we brew. As we brew each cup, we think about the grind size of our coffee, the ratio of ground beans to pressurized water, the angle at which our milk jug is placed and our steam wand submerges as the milk swirls and spins to silky perfection. We think about every variable that contributes to the flavour of our coffee.
At Roasted Truth, we are passionate about our science so that our artistry extracts the very best each bean has to offer, creating an unforgettable truth in every sip you take. Our target audience are first and foremost local Nairobians and second tourists that want to experience exquisite Kenyan coffee roasted and brewed in front of them. Our audience are young (18 to 45), discerning, adventurous, laid back, curious individuals that want an incredible space to enjoy their cappuccino or try a new brew style.
