- 301 design
I love the simple beauty of it, and especially that it shows to my clients that we have a care for design, while my company's work is ultimately to be invisible and to accent the work of the architect, interior designer, and workmanship. It is perfect.

Good use of silhouette
I love this. Maybe try this with the words Redtail Farm in the next. Or have Redtail Farm with the nest in between somehow? Or Redtail Farm with a tiny nest centered underneath? I do NOT like the san serif type. Need something serif--maybe a thinner version of Sorts Mills Goudy?
simple but with nice detail
This is going on signage that has to be painted by a painter that is not super skillful. Can't have super fine lines. Should use either a silhouette of a red tailed hawk in flight, a silhouette of a nest (I like the "nest" logo example that they give), or the silhouette of mountains. Prefer in flight or nest. Please use very classical looking serif type faces--nothing san serif. Bird should be small in the overall design--don't want it to dominate. Prefer lots of white space. Bird should be flying toward the right, not toward the left (some of the photography examples have the bird flying the wrong way). Again, should be something that is more of a silhouette than a line drawing as the painter reproducing it is not very skilled and can only do what look like cutouts.
