We are a 501(c)3 Charitable organization that provides resources to meet the needs of the oppressed around the world. Our primary target is donors who have amassed some resources, particularly non-cash assets such as real estate. We take donations of cash, stocks, jewelry, collectibles and other goods so the logo should not focus exclusively on users donating real estate.
Target audience will generally be over 50 years of age, have a charitable, generous spirit. Motivations for the user for donating are (no particular order):
Cause based - the target audience believes in the cause for which the assets will be donated. They may see the tax advantages of donating but their main driver of the donation is their belief in the cause for which they are donating.
Tax Advantages -Maximizing the tax advantage of their donation (i.e. it's better to donate the property directly to the non-profit than sell the property and donate the cash assets). The donor receives a larger tax write off and the non-profit receives an asset worth more money.
Ease in which the donation can occur. DonateBeyond will assist them through the sometimes complicated process of donating their property to ensure they are following the law and maximizing their tax benefit.
