New logo wanted for 77 Chestnut Street

We are a content and commerce website in the home improvement space. Specifically, we help people get information about how to make their homes more energy efficient. There a ~5000 local and state programs that actually pay people to improve the efficiency of their homes by doing things like having an energy audit, weatherstripping, insulating, new furnace, etc. The site is more about saving money, or getting paid to save energy then necessarily being green. It is really for the majority of folks who are looking for free dollars. The name is supposed to be an address. It can either be 77 Chestnut or 77 Chestnut Street. We have thought about a logo with any of the following: our name, a chestnut, a house, some combo of all. A tagline would be good too, we thought about 77 Chestnut -- it's where we live or even the where is crossed out and how is written above or some such thing.
