Dickpatterson got their new logo design by running a design contest:
INDIAN TRIBE SEEKING BOLD LOGO FOR RECYCLED POTTING SOIL PRODUCT
Check out Dickpatterson's Logo design contest…
NativeMix is a uniquely light weight and moisture-retaining potting soil containing 1/3 volume of CityMix, which is composed of small, ultralight recycled styrofoam packaging waste particles coated with a special plant nutrient. NativeMix is therefore a sustainable consumer product that weighs 33% less and retains moisture 10-20% longer than conventional potting soils. NativeMix is produced by the Susanville Indian Tribe of Northern California, who would like to capitalize on a "stewards of the native earth" image. (The recycled CityMix ingredient is also used in a variety of other products, such as concrete and stucco.)
yes. Thanks for participating! we are looking for a bold, clean, simple logo that suggests sustainability (bright green color to match (or at least relate) to the associated "CityMix" ingredient)
