1worshipguy got their new logo design by running a design contest:
Hyde Park Baptist in Lumberton, NC needs a new look!

Hyde Park Church exists to CONNECT all people to God and to each other as we GROW to fully devoted and equipped followers of Jesus Christ.
In our search for a new logo, the attached design covers many ideas. We wanted our website (HydePark.Church) to be integrated into the logo, we wanted the likeness of a tree (to signify Jesus as the vine/trunk and we as the leaves), where the leaves fit together like puzzle pieces (to address the "Connect" part of our vision statement), but also had a component of reaching out to others (the lighter green puzzle pieces), also potentially including the tree roots (signifying our church's depth of biblical truth). The attached design is just not quite right and loses definition when shrunk to smaller sizes, but otherwise we like it better than anything else we were presented with, so it's on the right track I think. We're not totally sold on this logo idea, we recognize it's a pretty busy logo that is probably trying to say too much...but nonetheless, the entire staff likes it as it is but are willing to entertain other ideas completely, or a reworked version of this idea.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Logo design starts at $299.
