Great design, great communication, definitely recommend.

Who are you known as?
St. Luke United Methodist Church
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a traditional yet progressive United Methodist Church with a strong history looking to revitalize our faith community by changing to meet the needs of our younger neighborhood. Most of our members are older, but our neighborhood is a hip Austin crowd (and some older hippies). St. Luke values: 1) inclusivity (we are a Reconciling Church - meaning we are intentionally welcoming to the LGBTQ community), 2) justice (our outreach mission is to feed the hungry), 3) Jesus (as a Way of Life more than a belief system), and 4) community (everyone belongs even if they don't "believe."
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?

Let designers make suggestions:
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We want a simple yet strong design. Modern but with a nod to tradition. No fluff. The rainbow flag from the Reconciling Ministries Network is important to us, but we don't want that to be all we're about (not overly bright or crayon-like colors). The stained glass in our sanctuary is somewhat symbolic of who we are, which might be a good way to incorporate several colors, perhaps in a cross. We are progressive, so maybe something with a bit of forward movement/motion? "St. Luke" should be emphasized over "United Methodist Church."
