There are two design concepts we have thought of. The first is a tree that replaces the "t" in generations. The tree has roots. It can also be a cross with roots at the bottom. Feel free to play around with this idea. We were trying to convey that we are a family and we are rooted in Christ. The tree doesn't have to replace the "t", but we do like the thought of having a tree incorporated in to the logo somehow. We want something clever, edgy, and modern. Not anything to cartoonish or rounded if that makes sense. We like grungy text too.
Another Idea is having intertwining circles, leaves, etc. to represent the mission of the church. In this concept please include the words
Gospel. Family. Truth. Mission. under the main text. To clarify. Generations is the main text and Gospel. Family. Truth. Mission. is the secondary text. Generations should be in a large font and the secondary text is a much smaller font so it looks justified.
Of course If you have other ideas that are edgy, modern, and clever please feel free to design them. For example we love the example with the raven in the R. (See the example uploaded)
