Freestone is an industrial services company. We own and operate barge, truck, and rail-served terminals at which we load/unload various materials (e.g., sand, aggregate, oil, chemicals, water, steel, plastic pellets, etc.). We serve a host of industries, but the majority of our customers are Oil and Gas-related businesses. We are a young, aggressive, entrepreneurial group that takes pride in running safe, highly efficient, customer service-oriented operations. We bring a more creative, flexible approach to an otherwise traditional, somewhat antiquated sector. We will work wherever, whenever, and however in order to serve our clients. We are willing to take on most any challenge, and we are eager to do so.

Clean simplicity, yet sharp and carries an air of being modern and unique.
We would like to convey professionalism, expertise, safety, and efficiency. Our logo needs to be clean and crisp while also unique and entrepreneurial. Originally, we envisioned using just "Freestone" or "Freestone Industries" as the logo -- like Glencore's, which we've attached as an example. However, our two founders share the same favorite book -- Atlas Shrugged -- and we think it might be cool to incorporate Atlas somehow propping up company name or something like that. We've also attached the Atlas Shrugged book cover. Another idea was somehow incorporating a "freestone" stream into the logo, which is a type of stream/river that is free of moss, heavy vegetation, etc. due to the fast current. (attached are a few pictures). Typically, it is a stream in which large trout thrive because there is not vegetation and stuff to get in their way. Freestone is used a lot in fly fishing, which is a passion of our founders'.
