Short version: We are planning to use thousands of shipping containers to grow vegetables locally year-round.
Long version: 500 Foods aims to grow a wide variety of produce using thousands of recycled shipping containers, equipped with LED technology, instead of traditional greenhouses. Containers will allow year-round production of high quality crops, grown locally, using local labour and serving local markets. Traditional agricultural risks, including an unpredictable climate, difficult to manage pests and diseases as well as seasonal fluctuations in market pricing, labour, transportation, warehousing and energy costs, can be managed much more effectively.

Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Ideally will appear on everything from stickers on individual tomatoes to cloth shopping bags to large 40' shipping containers. Needs to be simple, fewest colours possible, likely no vegetables of any kind (too complicated?). Needs to look good small (like quarter of an inch) as well as large (like 10 feet) Keep it really, really simple, not a lot of tiny details. All conflicting requests I'm sure :-)
