We are a church and the target audience is really everyone
Logo types to explore
UPDATE: (01/16/14) Please use "First Baptist Paducah" instead of "First Baptist Church". We would like a new church logo created for multiple uses (print, web, service broadcasts, etc), with an option to use the included vector files for an animated version of the logo. We televise our services on the NBC affiliate here in the West Kentucky area, and would like the logo to show the three keywords of our vision. The tree would grow, the blooms would show, then some of them would take flight to illustrate go. It’s the end goal of our new logo, so we wanted to explain that on the front end. As for the static logo, we need a balanced stylistic design that includes “first baptist paducah”, the tree icon, and possibly “grow. show. go." You can use upper or lower case, depending on your style. We currently use lower case century gothic. You can visit our website at fbcpaducah.org or facebook.com/fbcpaducah to get a sense of who we are. Although we’re a “First Baptist Church”, the design doesn’t have to be overly conservative or traditional, but we we want something clean enough to use for multiple uses. The icon image is important to us. We considered the dogwood tree because its a signature tree here in Paducah. That may require a custom vector being created, from what we’ve seen at a glance from resources like Getty Images, istockphotos, etc. Thanks for your interest!" We would like to to have a dogwood tree with blooms/flowers, leaves, and roots. this shows depth (roots), growth and life (flower/leaves). We would also like the possibility of converting to an animated .gif file
