Basically nailed the design from the initial entry. Very in tune with what I was trying to explain and turning that into a logo.

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
True North will be a new Gastropub on Long Island New York, high end craft beers and high end food with a rustic/NYC vibe. We are not looking for a stuffy fine dining look but something hip and eye catching. Looking to capture the eye of and cater to a diverse crowd ranging from 20 to 60+ years of age.

I am thinking that compass rose can play a part in the logo - however, I want to stay away from a nautical look. Again, rustic with an edgy feel is my vision for both my restaurant decor and the logo. Please stay away from modern. Thank you!
