Who are you known as?

Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are a french restaurant (bistro) offering a wide variety of wines. All of our appetizer will be offered on a platter ( ex 3 pieces for 1 person, 5 pieces for 2 perso...etc.). We want our customers to share platters in a conviviality manner. In french, Charcuterie refers to cold cuts or dried pork meat. But our concept will include all appetizers such as smoked salmon, calamare, oysters...
Barrique refers to an oak barrel to produce wine.
On top of those appetizers, we will have a variety of entrees, including tartare. Our chef will be in the dining room preparing the appetizers just like a barman will take care of his bar.
