Very happy with Rondow's work. He was super responsive and an excellent communicator.
How jdtI started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Gary Richardson for Governor (the "for" doesn't have to be in the design)
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are creating a logo for a Gubernatorial candidate. The audience is mainly Oklahoma Primary Republican Voters, but still with a nod to the general voting public as we will continue this logo into the general election if he wins the GOP nomination.
The target voting audience skews older, 35+, with half of all voters 55+. We need a strong focus on the last name and a smaller focus on "governor". the first name, nor the state isn't required in the logo but a nod to the state in the design isn't out of the question. Try to avoid using elephants or obvious GOP images.
Gary Richardson will run as an outsider reformer against the establishment candidate.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
Keep a nod to the fact where most of these logos will be displayed. - bumper stickers, yard signs, billboards, etc. Don't get too busy on the color scheme.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
You see how the last names are prominent. Strong primary colors. But not afraid to skew outside of the standard red and blue.
