It was a pleasure working with The Nomad. He was responsive and brought so much creativity to the project. He was open to feedback and made changes to the design as brought them. Great attitude! Very thoughtful and creative!!
Darose was very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make sure my logo was excellent. I highly recommend working with Darose.

Cows Eat Grass
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We're about to launch a site for a small, organic family farm that raises Jersey calves and sells them as Family Milk Cows. The calves are raised on Raw Milk and nurse directly from cows for the first 4-6 months. No grain, corn or soy fed to cows...they just drink milk (babies) and eat grass and hay. It's pretty simple and natural.

Logo types to explore
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
If you add .com to Cows Eat Grass, you'll find our rough draft of the WP site we're building from a template. Sixteen articles are being written right now by different writers with personal experience in their assigned topic.
A horz flip of the California State flag creates something close to what we are looking for. Okay to resemble the CA State flag.
The Star on the flag is okay.
The words on the CA State flag will change to read Cows Eat Grass.
The Bear needs to go away and become a Jersey Cow...no other cows need apply. Please research Jersey Cow (not Bull/Steer) photos before you start.
Cow walking from left to right in a similar style as the Bear on the CA flag.
Cow has head down interested in grass.
Small clump of grass in cows mouth. Subtle.
Small patch of grass growing on ground under Cows head. Subtle.
Cows back legs will hide the udder (sack for milk between back legs).
Favoring a black/white image. Not totally against color...not sure. Just don't want a colorful logo to overpower the images on the site.
A transparent version that we could overlay on images small as watermark. This transparent version would have .com added so those re-posting our images will be helping us as well as image searches.
Don't Need/Don't Want:
No horns on the Cow please.
No udder to be shown. Udder-less Cow will represent old/young/female/male.
Please study the CA State flag and the new site design and put your skills and talent to work for a logo that matches concept of the farm and the site.
