Beach Rhino will be a sports inspired clothing brand born in Southern California (SoCal)
Initially, we'll be selling t-shirts and baseball caps - but will expand into phone cases and non-apparel.
We are looking for a Rhino character. The rhino should be related to American Football.
The selected winner will have the opportunity of continuing work on the same Rhino character developing different poses (i.e., as a soccer player or a surfer).
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
Maybe the sports player leading the letters?
The R taking form of the player?
The player reverse silhouetting into the R?
From the Client:
I’m working on launching a clothing line with 2 of my kids (Will 15 & Daniel 11, James is holding out, for now!)… kind of a sandbox for other ideas and sone good fun too!
i would like you to work up some initial logo concepts (at this stage just a few hours for initial sketches - just to get an idea if the concept could work graphically.
A few random thoughts about beach rhino:
a sports infused clothing brand born in southern California (SoCal)
initially t-shirts and baseball caps - but would expand into phone cases and non apparel
can work across all sports but will focus initially on football, American football, surfing and rugby
the rhino character remains the same but he / she adapts to each sport
our icon (the rhino) would appear in “traditional” poses based on each sport
the logo is simple line are allowing us to easily do and color on any color back ground (i.e. school, collage or favorite team colors) for the initial concepts we can simply focus on black on white & white on black
Here’s the inspiration for the rhino - needs to be “cool" enough for guys but also “sexy" enough for ladies wear in the future - maybe there’s a male & female rhino - if this complicate things focus on male target audience for now ?
