Designed to Inspire
We are manufacture for high-end custom designed materials and products with digital imagery for architecture and interior applications. Our target clients are interior designers, architects and owners. Our market is high-end residential and commercial. We are in the architecture and interior design market. We offer designer line products (ready-to-go) and as well as custom design solutions. Our products have unmatched quality and visual effect that helps to convey brand identity, quality and design concepts for our clients. We work with most building materials like glass, metal, wood, tiles etc. We are local Portland Oregon start-up company. Our company is created by designers for designers. Our product is high-end. Our logo will need to convey our brand identity: - Visual - Elegant - Sophisticated yet Simple - Fashion - Unique - Quality - Timeless - Versatile Our logo will need to be elegantly displayed on the web, b-card, print, product packaging and actual products (glass, metal, wood, etc). We are envisioning a full logo for general marketing/branding and a simpler form (e.g. a chop) on the image of the actual product (we print digital image on substrate -see the gallery of our website for product samples). A black and white version of the logo is needed to use in single color documents or on product. We need to a logo design that works well in full color as well as single color for using in different scenarios. Our business card will also need to convey our high-end top-quality and visual design to stand out from others. MYODO origins from Make Your Own Design Options. Our tag line is "Designed to Inspire"
We want you to have the design freedom to come up with your ideas for our logo. Keep in mind to try to balance and create "elegant", "luxury" and "simple" feel. Logo has to be able to use standalone like a 'chop' or 'seal' and still provide the same elegant feel and brand recognition. If anyone wants to take a shot at improving our current logo - the Owl, we want to see if we can make it more elegant feel. The concept is the sound of Owl is similar to letter - O and tie to we are Oregon start-up. We like to leave our clients the feeling that we are easy to approach and creative after the seeing our logo; however, we are also professional which is the most important. The logo that we currently have (www.myodo.com) is a little too friendly and cartoonie for us. It was created for a different brand concept. The font-type can use some help to boost the elegance feel. We would like to see if anyone can improve the "concept" (feel free to create new or extend the concept) and create a logo that have both elegant, simple, yet "creative".
