Bar & Nightclub
We are an online marketplace for casual hospitality jobs - think waiters, bartenders, baristas, chefs Job seekers can build a profile (think LinkedIn) to showcase their relevant skills, qualifications and work availability. Employers can open a request for staff to fill an open position which can be as short as a single shift and we will match them with the best available candidates. Our system prevents job seekers from having to trawl through job ads and applying to each one individually, instead they are matched with suitable jobs as they become available.

Elements to include in the landing page
Sign up form - users answer the question "I'm looking for work as a " with a textbox to describe the type of work they are looking for and then they can either click the register with Facebook or without Facebook buttons The landing page should relate to our target audience and give them a reason to register
The landing page is targeted more towards the job seekers rather than the employers looking to hire. Attached is our logo Also attached was our attempt at redesigning the site. Its an improvement over our current site but the image is too dark (darkened and blurred to be able to read the white text). The sections below the image feel sparse and the entire site still doesn't feel cohesive and is certainly not warm or inviting.
