Hillary Political Cartoon: I haven't driven since '96

What's your vision?
I’m looking for an illustrator to turn my crude drawing into a polished political cartoon. I hope you “get” the cartoon, but if not, I love double entendres and this is more like a triple: Hillary out of touch with the American people; taking the American people for a ride without her hands on the wheel; would you “dare” vote for someone who is so out of touch and not grasping the wheel. I want to make her representation that of a young teen taking a dare and lifting her hands off the wheel. To that end—the dare aspect—don’t follow my pathetic drawing: make Hillary a bit wide-eyed as well as open-mouthed. (Google image ‘surprised facial expression’ for the look). Think in terms of half smiling/happy and half terrorized—like a on a roller coaster. Have her hands perhaps a bit closer to the wheel than my crude drawing, and her fingers perhaps pointed a bit more forward (again, hands just barely off, taking the dare), though find a balance: open palms and broad view of them says “hands off” and that’s the primary visual message: out of touch. I have her mouth below the steering wheel, but no reason for that; probably better if the bottom of her chin is above the steering wheel, but I need you the artist to figure out what works best. I’d like to get a sense of movement in the image; if a viewer perceived the car as “parked,” that would be the wrong message. Maybe a few swoosh lines would work. Wind through window billowing through her hair would give a sense of speed as well as enhance the “dare,” but HRC known by her coif, so careful messing up her ‘do to get a hairblown look of speed; tricky tradeoff. I have no preconceived idea of how to do the lettering on “News Item…”, though I would much prefer hand drawn. Make sure American People is clearly legible and spread around the steering wheel more evenly than I managed to do. Color cartoon, for sure. Don’t make the image of HRC nasty. I don’t attack with a pike; I needle. In a corner sign it SAVOYE/and-however-you-want-your-name-represented-be-it-signature-or lettering [That’s a windshield wiper in the foreground. It isn’t necessary, especially if it distracts; I just threw it in there to make sure the POV was clearly conveying “windshield shot”—as they refer to this perspective in Hollywood. A better and more complete drawing of the surrounding car body—and dashboard and steering wheel—may do the trick, or something simple but not distracting like catching a glimpse of the back of the side-view mirror. You figure it out. Surprise me.]
I’m considering doing occasional political cartoons so this is something of a try-out to find an artist who best captures my vision. With that in mind, I would prefer submissions from those who would be available to do a cartoon on relatively short notice a couple of times per month. My politics are right-of-center Republican, though I am not conservative. I’m seeking a collaborator who is willing to take potshots across the ideological spectrum. (I am an equal opportunity provocateur. Hypocrisy is always the richest target and I have found that quality to be ideologically neutral.) The above are fairly typical instructions so if you are a pure artist who doesn’t want someone messing with your composition, don’t bother submitting; I need someone who will help me turn my concept into a work of art; but it is indeed my concept. There will be plenty of value add for you, the artist, but I need you to understand--bottom line--you are fulfilling my vision. My mother went to the Rhode Island School of Design on a full scholarship many years ago. I inherited about 5 percent of her artistic ability. Actually zero percent when it comes to pure art; the five percent is more in the area of mental metaphorical imagery. I can compose in my head but the images refuse to exit through my hand. I need an artist to do that and basically I’m trying to find one as closely tuned to my (artistic) wavelength as I can. I recently published a children’s picture ebook—available at the Apple iBookstore or on Amazon. Download it if you want to get a better idea of what I am looking for in terms of visual representation (my words and mental composition translated to the page). If you are not familiar with Copyright convention, I would copyright the cartoon and all other cartoons we do and retain all rights, but name you as a contributor. If a long-term collaboration actually developed, we would work out a signed contractual arrangement in which you shared in a percentage of the revenue.
