This contest is for one illustration, highlighted here as Illustration #1. The contest winner will be hired to do two more illustrations. All three of these illustrations will be
featured in a slider on the main landing page of my company's new (not yet published) website. These illustrations will have the following words on them:
Illustration #1: "Because LEADERSHIP doesn't come with instructions."
Illustration #2: "Because TEAMS perform at only 50% of capacity."
Illustration #3: "Because CULTURE eats strategy for breakfast."
Please review the Home-Example 1 page on this WordPress Demo to see what size these illustrations need to be: https://hb-themes.com/themes/highend_wp/
Note that these illustrations will be used on the main slider on the top of this page.
I have attached stock photos that will give you some ideas of what I have in mind for these images. These illustrations are just to give you some ideas. Please feel free to be creative with this, but keep in mind that this is for a professional corporate audience. The photo of the business person with all the confusing roadways and signs is meant for illustration #1. This illustration should visually convey a single business person faced with overwhelming confusion. This is the illustration relevant to this contest.
I include #2 and #3 here as a reference as to what the next two illustrations will be for the contest winner.
The photo of the team sitting around a table arguing is for illustration #2. This illustration should visually convey a business team arguing. The silhouette illustration of many business people is for illustration #3. This is meant to convey company culture. I like how it is a silhouette so we get the sense that culture is there, but nebulous and difficult to manage.
To get a better sense of an illustration style that I like, as well as a color scheme that would likely work well, please view my infographic bio here: http://resonanceexecutivecoaching.c…t-dan.html
