Title: To Die For
Author: Hal Schwartz (or Harold A. Schwartz - whichever goes best with the fonts and design used).
Cover: The cover has to denote the mixing of both the iconic subway system and Wall Street. It has to convey power and be attractive. My initial thoughts would be a subway sign (denoting the subway likes that run under midtown NY…D,F, 7, 1,2, RR lines and then superimposed over that the street sign of WALL ST. Those are my first ideas. Another could be a subway girder with a block of what looks like C4 attached to it with a subway sign in the background.
Something shocking -- the subway system of New York, with the Wallstreet money falling in front of it, or fire burning at the bottom.
Here are some stock images:
Maybe a powerful man faded into the background OR foreground of these images. A business man. Or somebody in a suit and tie, very powerful and manly looking.
Or this image: http://www.thinkstockphotos.com/image/stock-illustration-power-fist/164179870 but either faded in front of the subway, or in the background as a big hand, and the wallstreet sign and subway train are in front of it?
If it's an image of the subway map -- perhaps the Wallstreet sign over it, and there is turmoil in the background. Lightning bolts, or something like the word "Power" spelled out in the background.
