Art & Design
Gregory Classics (https://www.gregoryclassics.com/) sells prints of original fine art depicting iconic movie scenes. Most of the scenes are irreverant scenes from classic comedy films, though there are also scenes from dramas, westerns, and fantasy films. The artist's work is sold on his own online store and on the Chive's online store, and his art has been featured in the Chive. The original of one of his popular Caddyshack pieces is in the home of the owner of the Chive. You can learn more about the client here: https://www.gregoryclassics.com/our-story/
What's your vision?
This should be a static banner depicting one of the client's pieces, Dumb and Dumber "Regular Guy" painting print, hanging in a bathroom above or near a toilet. The challenge here is to find a good stock image of a bathroom and probably a separate stock image of a frame, and to combine them to look as realistic as possible. The result needs to be better than the attempts I made (attached). Sizes should include: - 300x600 - 336x280 - 300x250 We will probably work with the winning designer in a separate 1-on-1 project to create Facebook and Instagram versions of these. Here's the text to use: Headline: "Dumb & Dumber Fine Art Print" Text: "Flush, you b**tard!" CTA: Shop Now Thanks!
I made a few attempts, also attached, but am not a graphic artist and the client thought they looked too obviously Photoshopped. (which they do). Secondarily, the chosen bathroom image should ideally show a fairly nice bathroom, in a home, and the painting should occupy as much of the ad space as possible without looking fake. If you need to include other design elements, look at the client's site and the attached image file called "design aesthetic example", which shows an email design the client likes, for inspiration. Thanks!
